A participant must have a letter of reference from an “A” level licensed USTA driver stating they can handle a horse safely and they are not a danger to themselves or any other participants in these races. The decision of the race secretary regarding the participants in this race is final. We are looking for safe “bomb-proof” horses for this event and every approved driver will have the opportunity to participate in at least one division of this race. Each Division of this race will be contested for $900 and I will attempt to have a least one trot event for this class.
